Well, it's always possible their are two options for displaying your signature on their site. One would be that you upload it to their server which would be the restricted regulations. The other would be that you upload it to Photobucket and host it independently. Then you can provide a link to the image, and the size restrictions might be different since that wouldn't put as heavy a load on their resources.
